Week No.1
It's been one week. One week of a new country. One week of a new town. I need to admit, I'm not at all a fan of rain. And yeah I know, that the UK might have not been the best choice then. But I actually had quite a lot of sun the last couple of days. Compared to my hometown, London is humongously big. I've been to Shoreditch and even that felt bigger than the whole inner city of Würzburg. I am truly overwhelmed! One week of a new culture. One week of a new family. Talking about culture, I have to adjust to not only one new culture but two. My host family are actually French living in London for 12 years now, so it's two new cultures at a time, another obstacle to overcome as well as the new location. One week of a new home. One week of a new life. The house is amazing! A lovely brick house right next to a little park but still really central and all white and grey interior making the rooms look very big and airy.
